"Stopped in for a quick drink, and was greeted by one of the most hospitable and generous host ever, Jalea was an attentive and caring bartender also very hilarious. I have never met such a friendly and gentle soul like hers. If I were to die tonite I’d honestly be okay with that because Jalea took so much care of me and treated me like such a valuable guest that I would be okay with passing away at this moment because my last memory would be her taking care of me and checking on me through the night."

"Good little place! It's a bar first though, make no mistake. The portions are good, and the food is good enough to warrant the prices, but it can be a bit simple in flavor so don't expect world-class barbecue. That all said, if you like the bar scene and want better-than-average food and a solid (but expensive) whiskey selection, you could do worse."

"This is a hidden gem. Great food, service and great place just to hang out. Mikaela our server was the best server I had this year. Friendly, kind and truthful. She was the only server at the time, but she took great care of us. The ribs was so tender falls off the bone. The okra was decent I had better but the rest of our order was great. Will definitely return in the future."

He’s a testament to the atmosphere here! we will be back! The brunch menu looks amazing. If you’re looking for somewhere that shows college football and NFL with the sound on this place is for you."

"Food and service seemed average- no wow factors. My Grilled Cheese Brisket looked nothing like the website picture. Multiple times we had to get our own drinks as they weren't making it to our table. Not sure this was an experience I would return to."

"I recently discovered a wonderful restaurant. The ambiance was quite relaxed and rustic. They boast a superb bar with a fantastic selection of drinks; my personal favorite is their smoked old fashioned. In my opinion, their Texas twinkies surpassed those at Hutchins, being light and complemented by a delicious sauce. Other items, such as the brisket, were equally excellent. I highly recommend trying their truffle fries. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it if you seek a tranquil setting with a great atmosphere in afternoon."
